Master Harry Charache:
With over 30 years in martial arts, a teaching degree in Phys Ed, and more than 20 years in the Seacoast NH region, Sensei (Harry) Charache is head instructor at On-Site Family Martial Arts Center. This sixth-degree black belt is passionate about teaching the centuries-old eastern arts to local students of all ages.

Isshin Ryu Karate 6th dan Master Instructor. Bachelors in Physical Fitness. Sensei (Harry) Charache has operated On-Site Family Karate/Martial Arts Center in the Seacoast since 1990.

Jen Charache
3^rd degree Black Belt Isshin Ryu.
Jen is an emergency room RN and is co-owner of the center.
Jen regularly teaches classes and is the business mgr

Master Emery is a 5th dan Hapkido Instructor at
On-site Family Martial Arts Center. 
Master Emery also holds a 4th dan in Taekwondo,
and 3rd dan in Kuhapdo (sword).

Master Desorda (Sensei Pete) brings over 27 years of martial arts experience.  Master Desorda comes to On-site Family Martial Arts Center from the central Vermont area, where he owned and operated a Tang Soo Do School for over 10 years.

Mestre Calango was a professor of Capoeira in Oliveira and Minas Gerais Brazil. 
He has over 25 years playing Capoeira.

Yogi Helana Banat
Helena is a long-time yogi who has been a practitioner of classical yoga systems such as Hatha yoga, Ashtanga yoga, Kundalini yoga, and Power yoga for more than 30 years.  She has taught yoga off and on to various international audiences during her travels and recently studied the brand new transformational yogas - Irash Satva yoga, Shrihat Satva yoga, and Saradesi Satva yoga - with Master Almine, widely regarded as the world’s leading mystic of our time.
