Yoga (ages 6 and up)
Though I started my practice of Yoga at sixteen, it feels like I have been a yogi forever: I love it! In my travels, I was very lucky to have studied various yoga systems with teachers of Hatha yoga, Ashtanga yoga, Kundalini yoga, and Power yoga, which also includes Sports yoga. I have also been asked to teach yoga, from time to time, to various audiences that have included children, middle schoolers and high schoolers, as well as adults. Recently, I added the practice of three brand new cutting-edge yoga systems to my yoga, given by the wonderful Master Almine, the leading mystic of out time, with whom I just finished an incredible class.
I have her blessing to introduce to all of you Irash Satva yoga, Shrihat Satva yoga, and Saradesi Satva yoga which are truly transformational yogas in that they help: 1) an individual attract all kinds of abundance and restore harmonious frequencies; 2) clear the past along with the trauma which generally hides in the joints and organs of the human body; and, 3) rejuvenate the body as it removes the effects of linear time on aging and decay – density - while promoting lightness of being.
Who can benefit from yoga? Everyone!
Irash Satva yoga is all about removing toxins and calcification from the body. It opens up acupressure points and is known as The Yoga of Abundance.
Shrihat Satva yoga clears the various chakra points of the body. It encourages the release of unpleasant memories and past emotions that are kept in various joints and organs. It is known as The Yoga to Clear the Past.
Saradesi Satva yoga slows down the aging process and the decay of the human body. It resembles Qi Gong. It is known as The Yoga of Rejuvenation.
