Adult Fitness Training (ages 15 and up)
The training will start with an assessment of your goals and condition.
Adult fitness training is customized to the person being trained.
Training could be focused on toning or building strength in a certain area, weight loss, endurance, cardio conditioning or any combination. Training can also be focused to help a specific sport or activity.
Training can incorporate work with free weights, the weight room, the stretching equipment or any equipment found in the center.
The training lessons can then be used outside the center.
