After School Programs (ages 4 and up)
These are beginner level Isshin Ryu classes taught at schools in the area.
Students will learn basic karate techniques, focus, discipline and have fun along the way.

The programs range in length from 4 weeks to the full school year.
Some of the programs are private pay, and some are paid by After School Enrichment Committees.

Some of the towns that have had programs include:
Berwick Academy, Danville, East Kingston, Eliot, Kittery, North Hampton, Portsmouth Noble High School (Teachers) and several others.

Birthday Parties (ages 3 and up)
Children have a structured way to have a party and burn off some energy.
Activities can include some running, some work on the floor matts, learning some basic karate techniques, karate blocking, co-ordination games and “Stranger-Danger”.

The activities are based on the age of the group.
Parents/Adults are included in the activities upon request.
Party activities are customized on request.

The birthday child gets balloons.
OSFMAC sets up a decorated party table.
OSFMAC cleans up after the party.

Each guest receives as gift from OSFMAC and the Birthday host a Certificate for OSFMAC.
